WA Department of Vocational Rehabilitation

DVR is a statewide resource assisting people with disabilities to prepare for, secure, maintain, advance in, or regain employment. DVR partners with organizations and businesses to develop employment opportunities. DVR serves people who seek meaningful, secure employment but whose disabilities may result in one or more barriers to achieving an employment goal.

Since 1965, Rural Resources Community Action has helped residents of Northeastern Washington help themselves and each other. Through education, resources and support, we offer real hope to children, seniors and families, by working to create a stronger and more stable community for us all.

Independent Living means that we demand the same choices and control in our every-day lives that our non-disabled brothers and sisters, neighbors and friends take for granted. We want to grow up in our families, go to the neighborhood school, use the same bus as our neighbors, work in jobs that are in line with our education and interests and start families of our own.

OUI seeks to make a world where all ABILITIES are included; in the community, at school, at work, IN LIFE. Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization established in 1974. We began with a focus of helping people with disabilities have an opportunity at employment and over the last four decades have expanded into a multitude of services that allow us to assist those seeking services fully participate in the communities they call home.
