Pullman Community Council on Aging (PCCoA) is a nonprofit group of citizens and professionals advocating for Pullman’s senior citizens since 1973, Moscow:

Since 1988, Community Action Center (CAC) has been a primary resource for thousands of people and families experiencing poverty in Whitman County, and we operate as a private nonprofit with IRS 501(c)(3) charitable status.

OUI seeks to make a world where all ABILITIES are included; in the community, at school, at work, IN LIFE. Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization established in 1974. We began with a focus of helping people with disabilities have an opportunity at employment and over the last four decades have expanded into a multitude of services that allow us to assist those seeking services fully participate in the communities they call home.

Washington Autism Alliance (WAA) extends access to healthcare, education and services for people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD’s) & related intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Washington State.
