• Know how to PREVENT behaviors from happening.
• Know how to TEACH replacement behaviors.
• Know how to UNDERSTAND what is motivating a child’s behavior.

• will receive a preconference interview (in January) to identify a challenging behavior to address. (please note that no child can be identified and confidentiality must be protected)
• will practice writing effective behavior plans.
• will receive follow up to discuss progress using the strategies taught at the workshop.
