Recipe

Fairytale Ambrosia
Ingredients
1 orange
½ cantaloupe
Small bunch of grapes
1 banana
½ cup shredded coconut
Directions
Peel the orange, cantaloupe and banana. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Rinse and separate the grapes. Arrange alternate layers of fruit and coconut, leaving some coconut for the top. Pour a little orange juice over the fruit and chill before serving.
Yield: 4 servings

Note: Ambrosia means the food of the gods and is used for foods that are delicious or fragrant.
