Is It IEP Time?
This is the time of the year when schools schedule the yearly IEP meetings. Our staff is available to help you get ready for the IEP or review it before it is implemented. There is a fee for this service depending on how much assistance you would like to have. Call our toll free number for more information.
Recipe
Chocolate Bunnies
Ingredients
½ cup butterscotch pieces
½ cup chocolate pieces
¼ cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons margarine
3 cups crisp rice cereal
Decorations
Raisins, coconut, colored candies, dried fruit, etc.
Directions
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Grease top of paper. In a large heavy saucepan heat butterscotch, chocolate, corn syrup, and margarine until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Let cool about 15 minutes or until warm to touch. Dip hands in cold water before shaping cereal mixture into bunnies. Bunnies can be shaped standing up or lying flat. Decorate accordingly. Chill before serving.
Yield: 12 servings
