Recipe
Homemade Cheese
Ingredients
1 quart milk
1 Lemon
Sttainer
Cheesecloth
Directions
Wash hands before starting
Get out all ingredients
Pour milk into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until it just boils. Be careful not to let it boil over.
Add the juice of the lemon and let the milk separate into curds and whey.
Pour through a strainer so that the curds are left behind.
Squeeze all the moisture out of the curds by emptying into a piece of cheese cloth, forming a ball, and twisting. Chill.
Spread on crackers or bread.
